About

This community welcomes passionate young changemakers, aspiring social entrepreneurs, and student leaders eager to make a positive impact. Whether you’re just thinking about your project or already running it, this space is for you to connect, share ideas, ask questions, and support one another as you develop meaningful social ventures. As a member, you’ll have access to inspiring resources, practical tools, and a network of like-minded peers from around the world who care about solving real-world problems. Topics of discussion may include identifying social or environmental needs, designing sustainable solutions, fundraising, teamwork, leadership skills, and measuring impact. Together, we’ll learn how to turn passion into action and develop projects that make a difference locally and globally.

Meet Your Hosts

Sophie Peccaud

Sophie is passionate about sustainable education and global citizenship. After completing her business degree in France, she spent 9 years traveling across the Caribbean, Latin America, Southeast Asia, Europe, and North Africa, where she witnessed the impact of purpose-driven change. Sophie was part of the founding team of two social enterprises in Brazil and the Philippines focused on community-based tourism. She now teaches these concepts at business schools in France and collaborates with K-12 schools to share Global Citizenship Education through Inspire Citizens.

Louie Barnett-Davidov

Louie Barnett is Senior Learning & Innovation Lead at Amala Education, where he leads the design of programmes that support refugee and displaced youth to learn, connect, and create real impact. Most recently, he led the redevelopment of Amala’s Social Entrepreneurship course and ran the first Social Entrepreneurship Student Community on PeerSphere, helping students share ideas and launch projects tackling social and environmental challenges. Louie loves creating spaces where students feel connected, inspired, and ready to take action together.
